I’m the kind of person that wants instant results. I wasn’t happy when I didn’t see results after 4 days of walking/running/jogging. I didn’t work out for 2 days because of it.
But tonight I was looking in the mirror, and I could see my quad muscled peeking out under the fat! And there was some definition in my calves when I stood up on tip-toe!
This made me really happy. More than losing an extra half pound did, actually.
