Yay!

Alright guys, not gonna lie, I was getting a little… uninspired. Between not exercising during the semester and eating crap the whole time, I had gained back all the weight from where I started. But I just weighed in today and I had lost all of it plus half a pound! It’s not much, but I’m so proud of myself! I’m realizing the benefits of not only eating healthy but also exercising regularly.

I already am feeling better and stronger. It’s such a blessing to be able to have time to  invest into myself. I’m going to try a lot harder to make time in my schedule to work out when I get back to school. I’m looking forward to it :) 

I’m so lazy!

If I had gotten out of bed when I woke up I could have had breakfast, gone for a run/jog/walk, and be almost done with a shower by now. But nope, I’m still in bed.

My mom just said my neck jiggles when I walk and that “it’s cute.”
If that isn’t motivation to change things then I don’t know what is.
